We require a lead time of 3 to 5 working days to produce your order before it’s shipped.

📦 How We Ship
Depending on size, quantity, and destination, your order may be dispatched via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS, or DHL.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery
We ship all UK orders with tracking and proof of delivery via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.
Typical arrival times after dispatch:

• Royal Mail / Evri 24: 1 to 3 days

• Royal Mail / Evri 48: 2 to 5 days

• Courier (DPD): Next working day, or up to 2–4 days in Scottish Highlands

🇪🇺 Europe Delivery

• Standard tracked: 6 to 21 days

• DPD courier (for heavier parcels): 2 to 8 days

🇺🇸 United States

• USPS tracked: 3 to 5 days

• DPD courier: 5 to 7 days (for parcels over 700g)

🇨🇦 Canada

• Tracked (via Royal Mail): 6 to 21 days

• DPD courier (for heavier parcels): 5 to 7 days

• Royal Mail Tracked: 6 to 21 days

⚖️ Weight & Parcel Size Rules

• Parcels over 700g must be shipped via courier service.

• Courier shipping costs typically cover one box up to 6 kg; additional boxes are charged in increments of 6 kg.

🔎 Tracking & Notifications
You’ll receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking data to appear for USPS shipments.

🚚 Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived:

• In the UK: you can request a replacement or refund only after 10 working days from dispatch.

• In the EU / Rest of World: allow 28 days before making a claim.

All missing parcels must be reported within 60 calendar days of shipment. No refunds or replacements are offered after that.

⚠️ Conditions & Limitations

• Delivery times quoted are estimates based on courier performance; they are not guarantees.

• If an address is incorrect or incomplete, the order is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

• Some deliveries require a signature. If you see visible damage, please refuse the parcel.

Due to our print-on-demand model (to minimize waste), we only accept returns for faulty or damaged items.

Manufacturing defects (misprints, stitching errors, etc.)

Incorrect item received

❌ Not eligible for return:

Change of mind / wrong size selected

Minor color variations (screen vs. fabric)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

🔄 How to Return a Faulty Item

1. Email us at mindxmoodcontact@gmail.com with:

   • Your order number

   • Photos of the issue

2. If approved, we’ll email a return label (UK only).

3. Once received, we’ll process a refund or replacement within 5 business days.
