Finding the right size is important, which is why we have put together this guide using the measurements provided by our clothing supplier, Inkthreadable.

Our collection includes different garment styles and fits, so sizing can vary from one product to another. Please check the measurements for the specific garment you are interested in before placing your order.

All measurements are approximate and are provided as a guide. Small variations can occur between individual garments.

How To Measure

For the most accurate result, take a similar garment that already fits you well and lay it flat on a smooth surface.

To measure the half chest, measure straight across the garment from one armpit to the other.

To measure the body length, measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

Comparing these measurements with the garment information below is often the easiest way to find your preferred fit.

Choosing Your Size

If you already own a garment that fits you well, the easiest way to choose your Mind X Mood size is to lay that garment flat and compare its measurements with the measurements provided above.

Remember that our products come from different garment ranges, meaning a Medium in one product may not fit exactly the same as a Medium in another. This is particularly important when comparing our oversized, relaxed and slim-fit garments.

If you prefer a closer fit and are between two sizes, you may prefer the smaller option. If you prefer additional room, particularly with our relaxed or oversized garments, you may prefer the larger option.

Product Care Guide

Looking After Your Mind X Mood Clothing

At Mind X Mood, our clothing is designed to be worn, enjoyed and kept for as long as possible. Taking proper care of your garments will help maintain the quality of the fabric, protect the colours and preserve the artwork and prints.

Because different garments can have slightly different materials and finishes, we always recommend checking the care label inside your individual item before washing or caring for it. The instructions on the garment should always take priority over the general guidance provided on this page.

Washing

For the best results, we recommend washing your Mind X Mood clothing at 30°C using a gentle or similar washing cycle. Turning your garment inside out before washing can help protect printed designs and reduce unnecessary wear to the artwork.

Wash your clothing with similar colours and avoid using bleach or harsh cleaning products. Excessive heat and aggressive washing can cause fabrics and printed designs to deteriorate more quickly over time.

Protecting Your Print

Many of our pieces feature unique Mind X Mood artwork, so taking a little extra care when washing can help keep your designs looking their best.

Always turn printed garments inside out before putting them in the washing machine. Avoid scrubbing directly over printed areas and do not use harsh chemicals or bleach on the artwork.

Repeated exposure to high temperatures can contribute to fading, cracking or deterioration of printed designs, so we recommend using a lower-temperature wash whenever possible.

Drying

We recommend air drying your garments naturally whenever possible.

Avoid tumble drying unless the care label on your specific garment states that it is suitable. Excessive heat can affect both the fabric and printed artwork.

After washing, remove your clothing from the machine promptly and allow it to dry naturally. Avoid placing garments directly against very hot radiators, heaters or other strong sources of heat.

Ironing

To protect your Mind X Mood artwork, never iron directly over a printed design.

If your garment requires ironing, turn it inside out and use a low-temperature setting, provided ironing is permitted on the garment's care label. Some of our garments are recommended as not suitable for ironing, so please always check the individual care instructions first.

Storing Your Clothing

Before storing your clothing, make sure it is completely dry. Store your garments somewhere clean, dry and away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Folding heavier garments can help maintain their shape, while avoiding excessive compression can help prevent unnecessary creasing and wear.

Removing Stains

If you accidentally stain your clothing, try to treat the area as soon as possible.

Gently blot the affected area rather than aggressively rubbing it. Use a suitable mild laundry detergent and follow the care instructions provided on the garment.

Avoid applying strong chemicals or bleach directly to printed areas, as these can damage the artwork or affect the colour of the fabric.

Natural Fabric Variations

Some of our garments are produced using natural or organic cotton. Natural materials can have subtle variations in texture, colour and appearance.

Small differences or natural specks within certain fabrics can occur as a result of the natural characteristics of the material. These variations are not necessarily signs of damage or manufacturing defects and are part of what makes natural fabrics unique.

Production Time

Every Mind X Mood order is made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.

Production time is separate from the delivery time. Your delivery estimate begins once your order has been produced and handed over to the chosen delivery service.

How We Ship

Depending on the size and weight of your order, the quantity of items purchased and your delivery destination, orders may be dispatched using Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS or DHL.

The delivery service used for your order may therefore vary depending on the circumstances of your shipment.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are shipped with tracking and proof of delivery where available. Depending on the size and destination of your parcel, your order may be sent using Royal Mail, Evri or DPD.

Royal Mail or Evri 24 services typically arrive within 1 to 3 days after dispatch.

Royal Mail or Evri 48 services typically arrive within 2 to 5 days after dispatch.

DPD courier delivery is typically expected on the next working day, although deliveries to the Scottish Highlands can take approximately 2 to 4 working days.

Europe Delivery

Standard tracked delivery to Europe typically takes approximately 6 to 21 days after dispatch.

For heavier parcels sent using DPD courier services, delivery typically takes approximately 2 to 8 days after dispatch.

Please be aware that international delivery times can vary depending on customs processing, local postal services and the destination country.

United States Delivery

Tracked USPS delivery typically takes approximately 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

For parcels weighing more than 700g, DPD courier delivery may be used and typically takes approximately 5 to 7 days after dispatch.

Canada Delivery

Tracked delivery via Royal Mail typically takes approximately 6 to 21 days after dispatch.

For heavier parcels, DPD courier delivery may be used and typically takes approximately 5 to 7 days after dispatch.

Rest of the World

Royal Mail Tracked delivery typically takes approximately 6 to 21 days after dispatch.

For heavier parcels, DPD courier delivery may be used and typically takes approximately 5 to 7 days after dispatch.

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and local delivery services.

Weight & Parcel Size

Parcels weighing more than 700g must be shipped using a courier service.

Courier shipping costs typically cover one box weighing up to 6kg. Where an order requires additional boxes, shipping charges are applied in additional 6kg increments.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may not become immediately available after dispatch. For USPS shipments, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.

If you have not received tracking information after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please allow the appropriate amount of time before contacting us regarding a missing parcel.

For UK orders, a replacement or refund can only be requested once 10 working days have passed from the date of dispatch.

For EU and Rest of World orders, please allow 28 days from dispatch before making a missing parcel claim.

All missing parcel claims must be reported within 60 calendar days of the shipment date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for parcels reported after this period.

Delivery Conditions & Limitations

All delivery times shown on this page are estimated delivery times rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, adverse weather, peak periods or circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Some deliveries may require a signature upon arrival. If your parcel arrives with visible external damage, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us as soon as you can.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy

At Mind X Mood, we use a print-on-demand production model. This means that each item is produced specifically when an order is placed, helping us reduce unnecessary stock and minimise textile waste.

Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

When You Can Request a Return

You may be eligible for a return if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, such as a misprint, stitching error or other production fault.

You may also request a return if you have received an incorrect item that does not match the product you ordered.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

We are unable to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or selected the wrong size. For this reason, we strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order.

Minor colour differences between what you see on your screen and the physical garment are also not considered faults. Screen brightness, display settings and differences between digital and physical colours can cause slight variations in appearance.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order has arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email us at mindxmoodcontact@gmail.com and include your order number along with clear photographs showing the issue. Providing photographs allows us to assess the problem and resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Returning a Faulty Item

If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the item.

For customers within the UK, we will provide a return label where applicable.

Once the returned item has been received and the issue has been confirmed, we aim to process an approved refund or replacement within 5 business days.

For EU and international customers, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty, incorrect or the issue was caused by an error on our part.
